Will mobile servicing void my manufacturer warranty?
Absolutely not. Thanks to the Block Exemption Regulation, you are not required to use a main dealer to maintain your warranty. We use Original Equipment (OE) quality parts and lubricants that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, ensuring your warranty remains 100% intact.
Do you update my digital service record (DSR)?
Yes. We have the capability to update digital service histories for most major manufacturers, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and VW. For vehicles with physical books, we provide a professional stamp and a detailed VAT invoice for your records.
What requirements are there for my location?
We only require a relatively level surface (driveway or private car park) and approximately 1 meter of space around the vehicle. We bring our own power and specialized mobile workshop equipment, so we don't need access to your home or office utilities.
How long does a full major service take?
A standard Major Service typically takes between 2 to 2.5 hours. Our Elite Package, which includes deep flushes and spark plug replacement, can take up to 4 hours. Because we come to you, you save the time usually spent traveling to and waiting at a traditional garage.
What parts do you use for the servicing?
We exclusively use OE-quality filters (such as Mann, Bosch, or Mahle) and premium fully synthetic lubricants that match your vehicle's specific oil grade (e.g., 0W-30, 5W-30). This ensures maximum engine protection and fuel efficiency.
What happens if you find extra faults?
Transparency is our priority. If we identify additional issues during our safety inspection (e.g., worn brake pads or a leaking belt), we will provide a digital report with photos. We never carry out extra work without your explicit authorization and a fixed-price quote.
